I have a thriving State Farm office physically located in Huntington Beach Ca. We are able to write business in CA, AZ, NV and OR. At our agency, we prioritize a positive, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed
- Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date.
- Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, and insurance claims.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit agency targets.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on the best insurance solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally to meet customer needs and support business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!
