About the Role
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether it’s via phone, email, or in person, you’ll provide outstanding support, resolve inquiries quickly, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued. Your role is essential to creating positive experiences and supporting our team behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and respond to their questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and care
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with order processing and timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with your team to continually improve service processes and customer satisfaction
- Support general office administration to keep everything running smoothly
- Obtain Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (we provide paid training!)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Resourceful, self-motivated, and takes ownership of tasks
- Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new systems
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (we’ll support you all the way!)

Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
